Innovation at Work
The commercial real estate firm’s move offered an opportunity to create an innovative work environment supportive of their company culture. The addition of DIRTT prefabricated glass walls ensured natural light filtered throughout the space, furniture was selected to support a rustic and warm feel, and artfully crafted light fixtures rounded out the inviting aesthetic.
A Choice of their Own
In such a collaborative environment, available meeting spaces are necessary to support the work being done. DIRTT walls were used to build out a variety of meeting, huddle, and conference rooms that offer employee’s choice in where to hold meetings.
Communication is Key
The new office supported Cresa’s objectives: creating a space that supports technology and collaboration. The installation of Zoom in every conference setting allowed Cresa’s internal and external communication to flourish. The large café space designed by TRIA encourages increased face to face collaboration within the office.
Cresa took the opportunity to lower panel height and specify height adjustable desks on all workstations to support employee wellness and develop a high-performing environment. Key learnings from the process helped elevate their approach to transformative spaces when working with their real estate clients, as they share their experience and best practices.
