Beverly Police Department
After moving into a brand new state of the art building, the Beverly Police Department sought a contemporary refresh throughout their beautiful new space.
Built to Last
Beverly PD needed furniture that would last for years to come. With a “need” for functionality and a “want” for aesthetic, Herman Miller had the products that balanced the two. High quality products that come with an extensive, comprehensive warranty means they can enjoy their new space with no worries.
Products That Protect and Serve
With height adjustable workstations and ergonomic task chairs, Beverly PD prioritized the health and wellbeing of their employees. Adjustability and comfort ensures employees are supported while in the office, which extends to performing their best when out in the field.
Shades of Blue
Inspired by their close proximity to the ocean, the Beverly PD wanted to incorporate a coastal theme throughout their new space. Blues and warm wood tones are scattered throughout the office in seating and workstations. These tones pair nicely with nautical elements throughout the building, like the compass embedded in the terrazzo lobby floor.
A Long Time Coming
After more than 30 years of trying to build a new space, the new station is more than three times the size of their previous location and features a computerized simulator for firearms and de-escalation training. The state of the art building represents and honors the active and retired officers and the work they have done for the City of Beverly.
