2Life Communities envisioned a space that would allow employees to work collaboratively to foster the needs of their community.
Community At It’s Core
Since their inception, 2Life Communities has welcomed the broader community with a space for seniors to live a life full of connection and purpose in a dynamic, supportive environment. They envisioned a space that would allow employees to effectively support and impact the needs of their community.
A Combined Effort
2Life Communities wanted to ensure the space would meet their functional and budgetary requirements, as well as carry the aesthetic they envisioned. DiMella, Cresa, and COP collaborated throughout the entirety of the project on design, drawings and product selections to bring their vision to life and ensure it would be a space the entire company would enjoy.
Space to Collaborate
Collaboration and community are at the heart of the culture at 2Life Communities. Various touch down and huddle spaces give employees places to gather and foster the teamwork that drives the company. The beautiful café area also encourages in person connection among employees. When in need of a quiet moment, employees can utilize the designated independent work spaces.
A Bright Palette
A vibrant color palette consisting of bright yellows and blues combined with neutral greys and whites was incorporated throughout the space to replicate their branding. Not only does the distinct color palette elevate the brand, it also captivates the eye and adds dimension and interest to the work environment. The colorful hues are sure to spark joy throughout the work day!
