Brand and Culture


In today’s world, branding is an essential component to gain credibility and notoriety in any industry. A brand gives a company a concrete identity that its current and prospective clients and customers can use to distinguish it from others of its kind. Many companies brand themselves with marketing campaigns and through their employees, which are important, but I believe the most important and profitable way a company can brand itself is through its physical office space. Corporate organizations often host potential and existing clients, which is a beneficial way for the company to showcase its professionalism, its positive company culture, and its desired image. I believe that a company’s office environment is a direct reflection of the company itself, which makes it the foundation of the company’s image. A workplace with an open, inviting atmosphere and a collaborative aesthetic gives the impression that the company is innovative, forward-thinking, and team-oriented, which is an impression that will last.
